I have over 15 years' experience conducting, managing and supervising research exploring the role of digital technology in journalism and the information ecosystem.
I hold a PhD from the Cardiff School of Journalism, Media and Cultural Studies and was most recently research director at the Tow Center for Digital Journalism, Columbia University.
